How long does the free trial last?
14 days, during which you can manage up to 50 members and register up to 100 transactions. We don't ask for any credit card to start.
Do I need to enter a credit card at signup?
No. You create the account with email and password, no card. The card is only needed if you decide to activate pay-per-use to remove the trial limits.
When am I charged?
Only after activation, and only at the end of the month based on actual usage. No fixed fees, no minimums: if you have no transactions in a month, you only pay the active members fee.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, anytime from the admin panel. No penalties, no commitments. Your data remains accessible for 90 days before final removal.
Does it work for individuals without a VAT number?
Yes. During activation you can choose between Business profile (with VAT) or Individual (with Tax Code). Individuals receive a non-fiscal receipt, businesses get automatic Italian SDI electronic invoices.
How many MLM levels can I configure?
Up to 10 levels, with independent percentages for each level and a 20% global cap on total commissions per transaction. Automatic compression of inactive sponsors included.
What happens if I don't activate by the end of the trial?
The program remains accessible in read-only mode: no new transactions or members, but existing data stays. You can activate at any time after, even past the expiration.
